Questions

Short answers below. Or ask our own company brain: this site runs on one.

Ask our company brain

Can we switch AI tools later?

Yes. Your knowledge is kept as plain files in your own account, so any AI tool can use it: ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever comes next. Switching usually takes an afternoon, and you can use more than one at a time.

What happens when someone leaves?

What they knew is already written down and approved, so it stays with the company. New people learn from it instead of from the person who left.

Does it help train new people?

Yes. New hires look up how you do things, from approved answers, whenever they need to. They get up to speed faster, and your experienced people get interrupted less.

Does this make the business worth more?

A business that runs on documented systems is easier to value, easier to hand over and less dependent on the owner. That's what buyers look for. We don't promise a valuation, but this is the work that supports one.

Do you see our data?

Not in the Brain Kit or Guided Build. We set things up before any content goes in, and your team runs the interviews in your own AI account. Done for You is the exception, under an NDA.

Where does our data go when an AI tool uses it?

To the AI company you choose, under your own account and your agreement with them. Sensitive areas, like HR and financials, can be kept separate.

What if someone enters something wrong?

It stays a draft until the right person approves it. Every change is saved, so anything can be rolled back.

How are backups handled?

Three copies: your cloud account keeps every version, a second cloud gets a copy every night, and a drive in your office keeps its own nightly copy. We test a restore before handoff.

How long does it take?

The Guided Build runs about six weeks. The Brain Kit is self-paced. Done for You timing is set after the Assessment.

Does my team need to be technical?

No. They answer questions in plain conversation and suggest changes on a simple page. Approving a change is one button.

Who owns it?

You do. The files, the accounts and the backups are all yours, and everything keeps working if you stop working with us.
